UT分数肯定要比UO高，想想起码要80甚至85以上吧

not necessarily true. usually 80s, for some programs, like Engineering Science, will require 85 or even higher GPA. for U of O, the first year Biomedical Science Honor program only chose 100 students from 1200 students who applied. so, it is largely depending on the specific program. (especially for undergraduate studies)

at the graduate level, however, the reputation and rankings will make a difference.
