But the sound card , video card, monitor are
not good enough compared to system.

采用Intel 850的芯片组的主板大概在160-220元之间。
CPU大概在340左右。
80G,7200RPM,2M cache的硬盘在200左右。
声卡512是什么意思？如果是Live 5.1在50左右。
显卡不到90
刻录机140
内存140-150
显示器DELL用的可能是SONY的纯平，应该在350-400左右。
其它100-150左右
总共：1600-1700

Most prices you said are cheapest for
no name and most are more expensive.

你说得对，这是No name的电脑，但不是No name的配件。我保证这台组装机要比Dell好用。
主板华硕就是这个价，硬盘不论Maxtor还是WD都是这个价，声卡除了创通还有别人有Live系列吗？Geforce2 MX90块钱绝对是中档偏上价位。刻录机LG，源兴。显示器用Sony特里龙管的除了Sony,Eizo以外，差不多都是这个价钱。而且看DELL用的肯定是427针的老P4，老P4估计现在都没有卖了。换句话说，DEll的配件好吗？我觉得品牌机就键盘鼠标机箱还不错，加一起不到100块钱。你要说软件的钱，我没话说。反正我是不用Service,他们不见得比我service的好，只要包换就行。而且这些配件基本至少一年warranty的。买品牌机永远都要比自己装贵20-40%。看买家自己怎么想了。

ASUA 850 mainboard is a little more expensive.
And Geforce 2 mx 64M is much more 90.
And the point is self-configured pc is not as stable as brand name one,
though I never use them.

I have tried to configure Dell's such computer several days ago,
not much more expensive than no name one. It is ok, if you count
on the service, then it is good deal.
