KANATA的蚊子和瑞奇没有一毛钱关系
并非瑞奇特有，而是有几个POND, 湿地和自然保护区。涉及5，6万居民和在卡北工作的人。
政府灭蚊工作不给力。

上周五给Jenna Sudds, City Councillor - Kanata North 发email，这是她的回复：

Thank you for your email. The mosquito program is currently in its fourth and final year and is implemented throughout the Spring and Summer months.

My office has received several concerns about the increase in mosquitos over the last few weeks. GDG had informed us that some of the aerial treatments did not reach complete coverage of the hatching area, therefore there was an increase in mosquitos at this time. They have taken steps to resolve the issue and subsequent aerial treatments were verified as successful.

GDG expects the nuisance levels to return to normal after this generation of adult mosquitoes dies and with this heatwave it has shorten their usual lifespan.

I expect GDG will be releasing a press release shortly, to inform residents of Kanata North of what has been happening with the program this year and will share this on my website.
