It is a great convenient camera, and would be a great Christmas gift if it is in new condition.
However the price is like chinese dollar, the brand new version with a bonus package is selling at ebay for about $339.00US (and I suppose that it is the value the of the camera should be quite a bit lower than this because this package comes with a lot of extra stuffs which worth at least $100 extra (the USB card reader and tripod and the others, I understand that you did include a 128MB card).
QQH if you want to sell it at a reasonable price (fair market value).
