i want a room to share with female also study at OU from Feb.2004 or before. My expectation of rental around 350 inclusive everything.
I heard Lees is quite closer to OU, so if anyone wants to rent a room in Lees area, Please let me know.

我看到你的帖子，我也是在OU上学的，同样我也在找房子，听我在LEES住的朋友说，航向LEES有空的房间，我想，我们要不一起合租一下，你看怎样啊？
不过我是男生，但是我是很优秀的，爱卫生，好相处，而且现在我也在和女生合租着，给我回复好吗？

3分钟走到 O-Train 和公共汽车. 6分钟 O-Train 到 CU，13分钟 97路公共汽车到 OU。旁边就是 Southkey Shopping Centre, 有 Loeb, Future Shop, Wal-Mart, Staples.

房租$380/月，包水费，高速上网，有线电视。1月1日入住。
要求不吸烟，无宠物，爱清洁，单身。

A bedroom will be available from Dec.1, CDN$430 for a couple or CDN $380 for a single(包括水，电，暖).
A living room will be available from Jan.1, CDN$320 for a single(包括水，电，暖).
电话和Internet可以和室友Share。
房子干净整齐，步行7分钟可以到UO。
交通便利, 步行2分钟可以到楼下车站，有多路公交Bus经过。
