10天暴增2000例 疫情蔓 韩国出现家中等病床死亡悲剧(图)

疫情蔓延下韩国的社会生活也开始受到影响，该国最具代表性的樱花庆典镇海军港节也宣布取消，自从1963年庆典启动57年来的第一次。镇海军港节举办地昌原市长许成武表示，虽然庆典对拉动地方商业发展非常重要，但相比市民的生命安全不值一提，取消举办有损失，但也非常值得。
当然，类似活动受到影响的还不只是镇海军港节一家，韩国各地都陆续取消的春日赏花庆典还有不少。比如，为期三天的“第28届灵鹫山杜鹃花体验活动”先是决定缩小活动规模，在韩国全境感染人数不断增加后，丽水市最终决定取消活动。要知道，灵鹫山是韩国三大迎春花赏花胜地之一，每年活动期间都会吸引20余万游客，损失很大。
全南广阳市也取消了原计划3月6日~16日举行的多鸭面梅花庆典，海南郡也决定取消原定于3月7日~15日举行的山二面地极梅花庆典。拥有500多年历史的联合国科教文组织非物质文化遗产“忠南唐津机池市拔河民俗庆典”也宣布无限期推迟2020年的庆典活动。
连日来韩国疫情蔓延迅速，截至28日下午2时20分，对韩国采取入境管制措施的国家和地区已经增至58个，以色列等全球27个国家和地区对韩国采取全面或部分禁止入境措施。虽然韩国方面向各国驻韩外交使节介绍韩国疫情防控情况，呼吁各国不要盲目恐慌，采取不必要的过度措施，但采取管制措施的国家和地区仍在不断增加。
针对我国部分地区对韩国入境者采取的隔离14天等政策，韩国方面也表达了不满，并强调绝不能有不当措施。与此同时，韩国方面也发布旅行预警，建议本国公民谨慎前往对韩国采取入境管制的国家。
韩国疫情也影响了即将迎来开学的中国留学生入境，此前韩国方面已经做好了准备，对入境的1万多名留学生采取居家隔离14天的措施，不过大多数中国留学生都在外住宿，隔离效果难以凑效，并建议尚未购买机票的留学生暂缓入境，考虑在家休学半年。
28日，韩国已经同中国教育部商定，各自各自建议本国留学生克制出境，直至疫情平息，这项措施已经在当天下午6时起实施。据韩国方面统计，在中国大学就读的韩国留学生约5万人，目前大部分仍留在韩国尚未出境，在韩国大学就读的中国留学生有7.0983万人，其中约3.3万人尚未入境。
相比，我国大学推迟开学并实施远程授课的措施，韩国大学并未明确宣布推迟开学。不过，韩国方面承诺，其境内大学将为中国留学生提供远程授课，确保学生正常修读学分。
据韩民族日报报道，在疫情严重的大邱地区，还出现了因床位数量不足，导致一名确诊患者在家等待入院期间死亡的悲剧。据报道，这名患者于2月27日死亡，在韩媒看来，正是韩国新增确诊数量大幅增加后，卫生部门却没有及时制定相关对策，才导致了这场悲剧。
对此，韩国医疗专家建议，韩国应该根据患者症状的轻重程度分配病房，暂时将症状相对较轻的患者隔离到家中治疗。
在2月18日大邱出现韩国第31例确诊患者后，短短十天时间里，大邱和庆北地区确诊人数已经接近2000人，这也重灾区医院医师紧缺，大邱市医师会会长李成久2月25日向全国5700名医师会会员发出“希望各位同仁一起行动起来”的呼吁后，便投入了一线抗疫战场。
截止2月25日上午，已经有多大250名医生、100名护士、32名护士助理、22名临床病理师和40名行政人员报名参加大邱医疗志愿服务，缓解了大邱方面医师不足的窘境。

The 63rd case of coronavirus reported Friday in Santa Clara County, California, is the second US case of unknown origin, according to the county's public health department.
The individual diagnosed is an older adult woman with chronic health conditions who was hospitalized for a respiratory illness, the department said in a press release.
The woman's infectious disease physician contacted the health department to discuss the case and request testing for coronavirus. Since receiving the results Thursday night, the department has been working to identify contacts and understand the extent of exposures, the release said.

Japan's cherry blossoms are a huge tourist draw -- and a source of national pride.
But this year, at least two cherry blossom festivals won't be going ahead.
The Osaka Mint cherry blossom festival in Japan has been cancelled over coronavirus outbreak concerns, according to a statement from the organizers.
In Tokyo, the Nakameguro Cherry Blossom Festival also announced it would cancel its event this year, including its main attraction of lighting up trees along the river.
