Buyer's deposit is held at vendor lawyer's in-trust account and will be
paid to vendor at close day. So it neither at seller agent nor vendor's hand.
For the air condition. In the purchase aggremwnr(offer), all fixture included
in the price should be clearly lised in the aggrement and no-fixtures which
included in the price are also shoule be clearly listed in the agreement(I can't
remember which item in the agreement). So if your agreement didn't include the a/c,
vendor has right to take it. So there is saying "buyer be aware".
