Councillor Scott Moffatt, Chair of the Standing Committee on Environmental Protection, Water and Waste Management, will hold a technical briefing on Friday, October 9 about the final report of Energy Evolution.
Staff will present a model that shows what the City and its partners need to do to meet Council-approved targets to reduce greenhouse gas emissions. Staff will also outline 20 projects that will help reduce emissions over the next five years.

Time: 10 am
Media can watch the technical briefing on the City’s YouTube channel.
Media will be able to join the meeting and ask questions 15 minutes after the technical briefing ends and Councillors have finished asking staff their questions. Please email medias@ottawa.ca for the link to the media availability. Once you are online, please keep your microphone muted.
