这是在日本常吃的花蛤芦笋奶汁意面,怎么做才好吃呢?大家跟我一起做吧。
做法步骤:
1、给花蛤吐沙 Spit sand for clams
把花蛤放入盐水中(400g水+5g盐),在暗处 放30分钟。
Put the clams in salt water,Place in dark place for 30 minutes.
2、切芦笋 Cut asparagus
去掉尾部硬的部分,芦笋滚刀切
Remove the hard part of the root of the vegetable,cut diagonally.
3、蒜切成蒜末 Cut garlic into minced garlic
4、倒橄榄油 add Olive oil
加蒜末,加干辣椒炒香 add chopped garlic,add hawk claw slice
加蛤蜊,料酒 add clams,cooking sake.
盖盖儿闷两分钟 Steam for 2 minutes.
加水加牛奶 add water milk.
加盐 add salt.
加黄油 add butter.
加芦笋 add asparagus.
加胡椒 add pepper.
5、煮意面 煮到8分熟 boil the pasta 8th minute
控水 strain the noodle
6、意面倒入锅中翻炒2.3分钟 Pour the pasta into the pot and stir fry for two to three minutes.
7、撒上干荷兰芹 sprinkle with coriander
[材料 Ingredients]
两人份 two persons' portion
意面 pasta: 200g
芦笋 asparagus: 4根
花蛤蜊 Flower clam: 200g
清水 water: 150cc
牛奶 milk: 50cc
橄榄油或其他植物油 Olive oil or other vegetable: 20cc
黄油 butter: 10g
盐 salt: 5g
料酒(不加辛香料的) cooking sake: 60cc
蒜瓣 garlic cloves: 2
辣椒 Hawk claw slice: 少许
胡椒粉 pepper: 少许
荷兰芹 parsley: 少许
