it will affect ur GPA and CGPA. im in business so i dunt quite know the requirement of ur faculty. but i think there should be some requirement dat if ur CGPA is lower than a certain level, u will be put into probation in which u have to raise ur grade to dat level in 2 semesters.
anyway, if u r sure u will fail, drop it so dat it wont drag down ur grade. otherwise, finish it.

不过应该不会FAIL的,D就PASS了.

D和FAIL虽然本质不同,但是出现在一种成绩单上,给人感觉差不多.所以如果拿D,重学吧.

if u only have one D in your report card, then don't worry so much, coz this English course is not your compulsory course, it will lower your GPA, but it won't hurt so much in long term.
