Traveller's cheque
Traveller's cheque is a good option, easy to carry, no worry about losing, etc. But note there is huge service charged related to Traveller's cheque, at both side, it is around 0.75% when you buy the cheque here in the bank, and 0.75% when you deposit in any other bank (say in China) or cash it in. Compared to the T/T service charge, which is around C$20, it is not worth to use traveller's cheque.
