都说我只有退回correct item 后，才能拿回refund.不提我收到了不正确的东西。

退货的原因里有一条是“sent wrong item”， 你选了吗？

我用信用卡这么久，只被盗卡过一次，另外也只争议过一次。不谈盗卡，争议的那次是很久以前，我在信用卡账单上看到一个transcation，不记得花过，于是打电话给信用卡公司要求取消。

信用卡公司的agent看了后说觉得金额比较小，也没有重复的，不太像盗用。不过我坚持不记得该transcation，结果也给取消了。

不过过了一阵之后，信用卡公司把该transcation的收据寄来了，我看了后想起来了，的确花过，结果又给信用卡公司打电话把该transcation给恢复了。

从这个经验看，只要信用卡使用者坚持，transcation是可能被取消的。不过我的那个transcation金额比较小可能是个因素，如果金额比较大也可能会不同

试试这招，看看装箱单，或者waybill，上面weight 和cube是多少，如果是Amazon统一箱子，cube就没用参考价值，但是weight应该可以看得出是不一样的东西，carrier凭重量或者体积收运费，运单应该不会错，你可以要求他们把摄像机包装体积重量报上来，如果不一样那就证明是发错。

又想到不太可能的一点：会不会你收到的是寄给别人的包裹。是快递送错了。盒子上的收件地址和收件人是你吗？虽然这种可能性不大，但以前我遇到过这种情况，当时我就发现了。

I had some issues with a return from Amazon a year ago or so. Kept getting the runaround. Thought I remembered reading something about emailing Jeff Bezos and found some info. Sent an email explaining the situation and it was resolved, literally, within about 30 minutes. The contact email for Bezos is jeff@amazon.com if you want to give that route a try.

. In theory you could file in small claims court against them. There’s a good chance they won’t even respond and the court will default judgement in your favor.

这个到底是fulfilled by amazon？还是sold by EP pro！！？有点儿糊涂了。

如果是amazon，问问他们这类电子产品出货的时候有没有serial number记录，手机和Kindle都有，在invoice上可以看到。

EP pro！！按理说出货也应该记录serial number。看看他们的记录，也许能发现问题出在哪里。

我也觉得奇怪，楼主发的照片上写着销售和发货都是EP PRO!!,如果照片没问题，这个item不大可能是亚马逊的自家仓库发的，这肯定要找seller啊，找亚马逊人家应该管不着啊。但是按照楼主说可以退货，我又不大理解了。难道是退货可以直接走亚马逊？
