The contract to install fence and gate was assigned on November 3,2020 with Grasshopper Fencing. The deposit $750 was paid to the business owner **** ********** on the same day. Till now he hasn’t installed the fence and gate. He promised to give me the money back two weeks ago. Now, I called him and texted messages to him many times. He didn’t take the call and didn’t response. I want him to give my deposit back.

去年11月签合同，今年7月份还未装（共8个月）。承诺退款，2周后还未收到。

开业才2年多，不知有多少客户。

现在在家上班又有旅行限制，有更多时间自己动手装。只需请人打桩即可。机械打桩每个洞35+TAX， 人工打桩每个洞50+TAX （几个月前价格），靠近墙角的2个桩必须人工打桩。

人工打桩服务会预装铁支架。业主直接买水泥浇筑。买工具或租工具锯fence，将fence放入铁支架。2个人1天半可完成3面fence。1个人1天半完成1面fence。
