As far as notes-on-windshields went, it was subdued. The author had eschewed profanity and gone with a Canadian classic: clean, crisp, passive-aggressive “thanks.” Whoever had written it, had gone to the trouble of trimming a piece of lined foolscap down so the words fit aesthetically on a smaller rectangle of paper

That’s the thing about driving. It gets personal very quickly. It gets under the skin. It’s easier to release anger on a car than a human being. No one is going to pin a note on someone who walks too slow. Leaving a note on an empty car, however, appeals to the crank in us all. It’s not just passive-aggressive motorists who get in on the action. The more expressive notes contain anatomical directions, maps, explicit descriptions of ways in which the note recipient can insert objects normally not known for their “insertibility.” In the grand scheme of car notes, mine was very nice, really.

刚路过去了Kanata Costco, 感觉那地方停车场，如果不是最差也是最差之一。Shopping cart 到处乱放，Ottawa所有地方Costco包含穷人多的food BASIC，停车场也没有卡南停车场那么乱。卡南应该是收入和房价最高的地方，为什么？

怎么觉得 Kanata Costco 停车场很好，不算最好但绝对跟“差”字不挨边的。特别喜欢的是它车与车之间的距离是双线画的，比较宽，比其它 COSTCO 好，特别是 比 Merivale 的好。 最差的是 TnT，每次去停车都有点担心边上的车开出时会不会碰到我的车。

Costco停车场都符合你说的好，关键是shopping cart用完后停车场到处乱放，我刚来加拿大的时候，shopping Cart没有放回固定地方，曾经有老外说我，后来我就自觉遵守

Merivale Costco 的停车场通常都是比 KANATA 的忙，不容易找到。 我有次在那儿等一个人的停车位，大概等了2-3分钟，那个人走了。对过一个家伙刺溜一下子开进去了。 我给他按了喇叭，并指着我车的 Dash Camera 告诉他我这有录像的。 不过这孙子啥也不管，大摇大摆地进店去鸟！

COSTCO 停车场是需要管理和服务的。

COSTCO kanata毫无疑问是我见过的管理最差，态度最不好，员工最不爱笑，经营最保守的一个分店。
这个COSTCO连配眼镜结果都不如别的店。拿回来就发现度数不对。这种情况以前从未出现过。

总之，这个店，不是顾客的问题，是经营太差。

kanata Costco还可以吧，车位设计应该是标准的，merivale那里大概没地方，从简。shopping cart也不是个大问题，不挡路就行。服务也没感觉太差。别太矫情了，去多伦多看看你就知道啥叫人多

I am finding it to be bigger problem every year where people don't return their carts and decide to leave them in the middle of the parking lot.

Oh give me a break!! I'm Canadian and it's not how I was raised. It's getting increasing annoying how so many feel it's okay to bash Canadians, while living in Canada and enjoying this wonderful country yet say one word about an immigrant and all bets are off. Not suggesting it's okay to slam anyone but for crying out loud, grow a brain and stop making such sweeping generalizations.

Many people are just too darn lazy to put the cart away. It's some distorted sense of entitlement. I have seen people leave the cart two spots away from the corral. The epitomy of laziness for sure. I've had my car scratched by carts left by lazya$$ jerks and it's infuriating but as long as there are lazy jerks in the world, this will continue.

People of Ottawa, put back your damn carts!​

I’m sitting in the Walmart Kanata Centrum parking lot and there was a bunch of carts just left within 50 feet of the corral when this storm just came in and blew them all into peoples’ cars. I barely managed to deflect one from hitting mine and grabbed another that bounced off another car and was going to hit another. At least 5 cars have small dings/dents in them from carts I couldn’t save.
Sorry for the rant, but if you’re gonna shop long enough to need a cart, is it really that hard to take the extra 10 seconds to walk them back to the corral?

这不就是加拿大引以为豪的diveristy吗。其实往好了想，这些不还cart的一代，他们的二代大部分受了加拿大教育，会去还cart的。

多元文化是一件事，不重视社会公德是另一回事，如果我们移民不尊重人家的社会规则，以后就不要说别人歧视。

这些歧视别的移民的当地人，说不定他们上一代就是移民，他爸爸可能就干过这种事。凡事都有一个过程，只要加拿大还大量移民，这种事就永远不会停止。无论是歧视还是不还cart，是生活的一部分。如果你想过那种电视上宣传的北美生活，去有些小镇还可以，但是就怕你受不了那个寂寞。水至清则无鱼。
