In Germany, the minister is talking like threatening, "jabbed, cured or died". Actually jabbed also get infected, also split into cured and died group. So, his logic is not very clear and overall sounds like a threat.

In Austria, on the other hand, discriminating actions were taken on the 15th of November this month. Locked down everyone who have not finished 2 shots of vaccine but allow the rest to be free.

By doing so, the Austria put themselves into a huge, controlled virus experiment. Delta has a commonly agreed 4.8 day incubation period. That means, if an action is good for cutting virus infection in a country, it will start to show a turn point in the infection rate 5+2 days later. The extra two days was a buffer in favor of the proposed action.
In Austria whole country experiment, 8 days after the action of lockdown on a certain group of citizens, if the vaccination works well, the whole country shall display a full stop on further increase of infected and death rate, If the plague is really an unvaccinated plague, as the mainstream media advertised.
Yet, nothing close happened starting from the 5th to the 8th day so that Austria government had to drop the discrimination action and started to fully lock down the entire population from yesterday on.
That equals to acknowledging the failure of actions to beat the virus by vaccine by itself. Why do they have to humiliate themselves?
This is actually a science conclusion drawn by many scientists several months earlier. Why the government refuse to read science and insist on doing something this stupid? This is a deep question that should have been asked and answered in everyone's mind.
