<HTML>I will go to China spend whole month with my family during December. When I come back I am sure I will bring a lot of Copy CD, DVD, Game, Soft(You all know what kind of that!!). I am afraid there'll be some problem when I pass through the custom, and also I heard somebody said one of his freind did that several weeks ago, he was fined 100CAD for each CD, that was a huge a mount of money....

I want anybody to tell me how's the possiblity to be fined. Thanks.</HTML>

<HTML>no problem of these stuffs.
they are stupid.</HTML>

<HTML>
I would not do things like that if I were you. The penalty
may not be just a fine, could be worse such as a criminal
record.</HTML>

<HTML>i bought three CD cases, and put all of them into cases.
All you should do is to let them believe it is for personal use, they are used CDs. Then that will be ok. They won't be able to check the content. But they could tell from the box.
I think your friend must have bunch of original ugly packages which are very outstanding in the bag.</HTML>

<HTML>Thanks heat4us2001, actually I have the same opinion with you. BTW, My parents sent me 10 CDs from China with common mail, it just cost 40RMB.(and also, those CDs just cost 40RMB)

Another question: How can I let them believe they are used CDs, and just for personal usage.</HTML>
