那是7/8月份期间dell.com的‘事故’，现在11/12月还能抓住人家的把柄，并要到东西，口语一定不错，比较神奇。

This is not from July and August, it happend this month.
i didnt have to talk to any csr in dell, all i did was order online

You're lucky. I also ordered one online but the order was cancelled later on by dell.

Thank you for the suggestion. But I think it's sort of too late to call. It was a month ago. Did you call them about this?
I know from the web that somebody even ordered 21 set that time! I did a last minute order. Just after my order, the link was dead.

我不想再打电话给美国的DELL了。DELL CANADA已经给了我比在加拿大市场正常价低200元的优惠了，而且服务还可以，这个小东西还挺好用。知足长乐啊
