Yes, these features are attractive for that price. One drawback is that it seesm to have single garage door.

The owner is a NORETL former employee. Used to ask a price for $256,000. Failed to sell it for more than three months and get the price reduced that much.

Just as a reference for people who are ready to buy their own houses.

Very Good Deal

Particularly if your mother/father are going to live with you. Much better then end unit. The value of the house will increase at a quicker value than a row house. The only thing I would be concerned about is the location. Some people do not like Barrhaven/Longfields.
