１）免费了，到底还给不给stickers？为啥说Eliminating licence plate stickers?

２）假如我2021年1月份更新sticker两年，到2023年1月，给我退多少钱?　（我看走眼了，把2020看成了2021。这不是个问题了。）

从雪车的看，似乎上不用办手续了，不需要sticker 了。我周四会去确认一下。
