请教一个低级问题，现在更新车的sticker 免费了，还需要办理更新手续吗？

免费，但是还得renew，不给/不贴stickers。是这个意思？

应该是这样，还是要定期更新，就是不用交钱，过程中肯定问保险或是有没欠村委会钱的，不付清欠款等估计也不能更新。

２）假如我2021年1月份更新sticker两年，到2023年1月，给我退多少钱?　（我看走眼了，把2020看成了2021。这不是个问题了。）
