without studying permit, can I just go back China and come back Canada again?

U can go back if u have a Visitor VISA, for the student one, u have to have that

come on man. i told you thousand of times. If you have a valid visitors visa, you can come back in definately, if you only have a valid study permit, but your visitors visa has already expired, you must re-apply it in any of the Canadian forgien embassies to get it renewed, if not, you will never come back.
