此言差矣，政府的IT工不是没本事，是不干活儿而已，有纳税人养着，有工会撑腰，他们不需要干活儿

据说谈判的主要分歧是，政府第一年只給涨1.5%，工会不同意。通胀这么严重，对于年薪5万的人来说，1.5%相当于每个月只涨$50，确实杯水车薪。
