买车不能滩涂便宜。
今天去车行，停着一辆2000accura。
里头人和我说，别看这辆车看着可新了，已经出了三次车祸了，门也换过了。

如果你是在车行买车，他必须跟你说这车以前有没有事故的。如果他没有告诉你，5年以内你可以把车原价退回， 这是法律规定的。

但如果你是在私人手到买车，他是不需要跟你说的。

What I got is opposite. If you buy a car from private, the seller has to give you the history of the car. But if you buy it from a dealer, the dealer doesn't have to provide any info. I have a friend who bought a used car, the dealer didn't even tell him that the car had only one key when the contract was signed. When he went to pick up the car, too bad, it had one key only. At lest the info about the car's history. It's buyer's responsibility to make it clear before sign the contract.

Could you provide info about what the dealer should tell the buyer about the used car by law? Thanks.
