Nobody can easily answer the question before he/she knows your real needs. The community of that area might be important if you have kids in the school. If your family has a car and you do not want buy another one, how convenient to take the bus and to the work place or school might be important to you. If you have two cars, the driveway and the garage might be important to you. If you buy the house for investment, the lot size and the potential value and rental might be important to you. If you have a big family and you do not plan to spend too much money on the house, the lower price, more bedrooms and finished basement might important to you. If you have senior persons staying with you, you might consider to live the place where more senior people often gother.

Anyway, there is no perfect location or house. They all depend on your needs at the time of purchasing.
