Racially, Jews can be more easily admitted to because jews donate a lot of money, which is what 潘石屹 defended on why he donated money to harvard.

如果要求统一标准，名校可能充斥亚裔，虽然整体录取标准提高了，但也会有很多弊病。

富人数财富，不考虑其他。

高管考虑综合素质，管理能力，不可能仅靠少数几项录用，比如学校成绩，学历，身体素质，大学排名，家庭出身，官N代拼爹。。。

分数 based，瓜分剩下一半的机会。必须维持真正的meritbase。这样才能够维持社会竞争力。

这个名单很有意思，蓝州红州都有。加州作为蓝州，并非采用通常人们以为的民主党都支持平权，可能是加州的亚裔势力强大，公关做得好，使得平权配额制度没有在加州实施。但同样是民主党州，同样有巨量亚裔人口的纽约州却不给力。
