there are badminton clubs in the communities, normally register membership in early Sept. Nepean Sportsplex has four badminton courts open to public every Sunday morning and charges by hours. Carleton University Gym and RA center(Riverside east to Bronson) have similar courts open to public but I don't know the schedule.

RA opens from 6 A.M to 11 P.M everyday. 6 courts.
