It is one side that was willing to talk about the issue and common ground to repair the relationship initiating it between the leaders first, but 土蛋 disclosed the content of the meeting to the media. As a result of the disclosure, the other side ( Xi) considered it a betrayal of trust and confidentiality of the meeting.

对他们来说， 中加关系变差， 要升官可能反而相对容易了。 只要肯喷， 敢于搏出位，找几个机会， 表现一下在敌营中敢于斗争、敢于亮剑的精神， 很容易就能顺了上意，从此简在帝心，进入快车道。中加关系越差， 这种机会越多。

相反， 如果中加关系蜜里调油， 要找出位的机会， 就比较难了， 那个需要长时间的水磨工夫。
