Beside the OLO, parental course, ask for a nurse or a nutritionist to follow the pregency. It's very helpful if it's the first.
Go to CLE, ask for $50/mon special allowence for the pregent mom (low income).
Call the central hospital at least one month before the due date, ask for an interview of the delivery room.
