<HTML>I heard Yahoo Messager and MSN Messager can do PC-PC call, no fee will be charged. Do they work in China? I would like to make PC-PC call from Ottawa to China. Any information on free PC-PC call to China will be highly appreciated.

I use this way to talk with my parents every week, each time I feel thirsty after I finish talking
