I remember that three years ago when I came to Ottawa, they did an interview for me.
Then that person explained how professional they are and how they can help me, such as
they can put my resume in front of hiring manager. After first interview, they asked me
to answered some questions and on the second day they called me for second interview.
This time, that person praised me about English and background, and then handed me a set
of document which indicated how much I need to pay them(about $5000) so that I can have
like 3 years membership with them and they can provide all kinds of career development
services.
My opinion is if they could help me to find a job first and then asked me to pay that
amount of money I can accept because I get job and career sevices.
I don't know whether they have changed their operation methond or not, but anyway, if
you want to go there for a try, just go, but be on alert that do not sign any document
until you fully understand what it is.
Of course, the job they can give me is worth at least $4000 a month.
