十有八九死者家属会告警察赔偿。。。关键是逆向追车的决定是否合理？

如果警察不追， 罪犯会不会减速行驶？或者提前驶离高速？

这和警察在人多的地方不对罪犯轻易开枪的道理一样。。。

完全是警察的错，安省警察守则明确说了：
