How to improve English in Gatineau region?

There are many LINC schools and ESL courses in Ottawa. But in Gatineau region, I can not find any free English courses. Who can help me? I want to improve my English through some English courses.

不会有吧,就象你指望在中国找免费英语学校似的,这里本地老外学英语,都要找付钱的学校.
如果有的话,早就一大群新移民在里面读了.

LINK in Ottawa is free. ESL is also free for the low income immigrants who have been in Canada for more than a year. But why there are no such services in Gatineau region? I heard there are many free English courses in Montreal.
