你关掉了之后上去看看lights switch 还工作不工作了，或者把灯开开，然后挨个试，直到你找到哪个把灯关掉了，就是它

breaker关掉了之后等几秒再开，不要快速反复开关，对电器不好

按理说如果wiring对的的话，不开switch没有hot，是没电的

不过别的电器可能漏电之类的。

没触电。以前我家也是我换灯的。很久没换给忘了。

如果以前安装的是个靠谱的电工，换个灯把灯关掉(正确的这是断开火线，但是如果以前是楼主这样的，就不一定了哈),这时换啥基本都没问题。
对楼主的情况，靠谱的还是按前面网友说的去试地下室的，等灯灭了，这线路是彻底没电

楼主还是请电工干吧，不差这几十块钱。费得这劲干点啥事不行? 您这接线估计也不会太紧，有可能造成电极火花，有失火危险。保险不赔，得不偿失
