-No visitors are allowed overnight
-No parties are allowed in the house.
-No drugs and drunk are in the house. Overall, we don't do anything effect someone else like talking loud at night or do big cooking or use washing machine after 11pm.
-No criminal records.
-loft on the second floor , Living and dining area on the first floor are not shareable.
-One bedroom (master bedroom) on the first floor with ensuite is for landlord. landlord has a friendly and well trained goldendoodle Dog. goldendoodle does not shed and our dog was trained not go to second floor.
