尽管难民支援机构是biased和有利益好处，公决也基本不会发生，因为无论谁提议，都立马被套上racist,或什么phobia 的标签。两个大棚共300人，如果周末这个组织的集会超过300，倒可以每个人认领一个，政府省了造大棚时间和成本，也不会有社区的反弹。
