――――中国内地的信用卡发行是银行做的，目前还没有标准的信用卡公司，这一点和国外不大一样。

国际卡分国际借记卡（debit card）及国际信用卡(credit card)两种。

中国银行的长城国际借记卡（debit card）：
消费，不用支付手续费；
ATM取现每笔不论金额大小，支付3美元的手续费。
中国银行的长城国际信用卡(credit card)：
取现手续费
在中国境内（除港澳地区外）中国银行机构网点取现，按取现金额的1%计收；在境内非中国银行机构网点取现，按取现金额的3%计收；在境外（含港澳地区）取现，按取现金额的3%计收。 在境内中行网点取现，最低收费标准为，港币卡15港币，美元卡2美元；其他各类取现交易的最低收费标准为，港币卡40港币，美元卡5美元。在非中国银行网点取现，若产生其他费用，由持卡人自行承担。
ATM取现手续费
在中国境内（除港澳地区外）的中国银行所属ATM上取现，按提现额的3%计收。在中国境内非中国银行所属ATM上取现，按取现金额的3%计收。在境外（含港澳地区）ATM取现，按取现金额的3%计收。最低收费为港币卡40港币，美元卡5美元。
工商银行牡丹国际借记卡
在境外使用牡丹国际借记卡，当日累计提现金额不得超过1000美元或等值外币，当月内累计提现金额不得超过5000美元或等值外币。
