有人有过Adobe account 被hacked的吗？

昨天收到邮件户名邮件别改到另一个不认识的邮件，绝对不是我的，随后今天收到邮件You will be charged CAD $311.88 (incl. tax) annually . Your subscription will automatically renew annually until you cancel. Price subject to change at renewal. 我用自己的邮件进不去了。联系了customer service，觉得很不靠谱，我说hacked account, 那边没什么反应，还告我没法改成以前的邮件。
我不记得我有信用卡在哪里，不过会有其他的隐患吗？另外hacker's email is: tkszl4ky2bbd@freesourcecodes.com
