Chris d’Entremont has resigned from the Conservative caucus, the Nova Scotia MP has confirmed to CTV News.

D’Entremont has been a Conservative MP since 2019. His decision to step down from caucus comes just after Prime Minister Mark Carney tabled his first federal budget, and on the heels of reporting from Politico that he was considering crossing the floor to join the Liberal government.

D’Entremont 自 2019 年以来一直是保守党议员。他决定退出党团会议，正值总理马克·卡尼提交其首份联邦预算案之后，此前 Politico 报道称他正在考虑转投自由党政府。
