乌克兰总统弗拉基米尔·泽连斯基（Volodymyr Zelenskiy）周一表示，他已任命加拿大前副总理克里斯蒂亚·弗里兰（Chrystia Freeland）为经济发展顾问，理由是她在吸引投资方面的丰富经验。
泽连斯基在社交媒体 X 上写道：“眼下，乌克兰需要加强其内部韧性——这既是为了在外交手段能迅速取得成果时促进乌克兰的复苏，也是为了在合作伙伴的援助延误导致战争不得不延长时，加强我们的国防能力。”
弗里兰拥有乌克兰血统，曾于 2019 年至 2024 年间担任加拿大副总理。她目前仍是加拿大议会议员，同时也是渥太华驻乌克兰的特使。

That she decided to resign from Parliament at a later date, however, has drawn the scorn of Conservative MPs and led to critics voicing concerns about the optics of her decision
Opposition MPs including Conservative foreign affairs critic Michael Chong and interim NDP leader Don Davies said Freeland should have resigned as an MP before taking on the job, according to The Canadian Press.
Observers raise other concerns
Those concerns were echoed Monday by Democracy Watch co-founder Duff Conacher, who told The Canadian Press that Freeland’s decision to step down as an MP at a later date “clearly violates the federal government ethics law.”
