In New York City, officials said 10 people had been found dead outdoors in the cold. More deaths were reported across a dozen states. They included two people hit by snowplows in Massachusetts and Ohio, two teenagers killed while sledding in Arkansas and Texas and a man found in his home in the Indianapolis area with no heat.


这上面提到15例死亡，其中4例肯定只能算意外。纽约的10例应该和无家可归者有关（这个有点触目惊心了，纽约冬天冷也不是今年才有的，对吧？）。而印第安纳州这例语焉不详。是生不起火冻死在家里，还是独居病故后这天被人发现？没有其它旁证，只能说在美国有房子住却取不起暖以至于冻死的情况有点难以想象。

美国雪更大，尤其靠海的地方像纽约波士顿啥的。
冻死的没办法，斩杀线嘛。被snowplow撞死也实在是太离奇了，不会躲开吗？

估计因为铲雪引发心梗脑梗的也在里面，乡亲们铲雪要注意了。
我老公铲了几次雪了，换了特大号铲子，还要教我用，我迅速回家做饭了。买的铲雪车两年没用了，我问他这雪正合适，为啥不用。

机器两年不用，还能发动吗？

不知道，反正我发动不了，拉起来太费劲。但我觉得应该可以。

常年锻炼的人不会因为这点铲雪出问题。不锻炼的人才会有这个危险

铲雪绝对是一个全身运动，突然冷下来，又剧烈运动，心肺机能不好，不经常锻炼的，core不强的，都不适合

但还是那句话，如果常年锻炼 （不是出去走走那种锻炼。。。那不算），经常手铲，只要pace自己不要太猛，都没问题，而且是一个绝佳的锻炼机会
