I'm the new student this term. My study permit will expire at the end of this year,but now I don't want to study here,want to apply for other university in toronto.If I withdraw ,can I renew my visa successfully by the end of this year? please send an mail to me in chinese.thanks a lot!

You should get the offer of the university you want to go first, then apply the new visa.

u have to get the new study permit before u study at the other university. otherwise, government will charge u
