Yes, you can get the provincial form from Revenue Quebec. I went there yesterday. It is loated at the 6th floor, 170 Hotel de Ville. For the federal form, you can get it from any post office. There is one very close to revenue Quebec, it's in the governmental building in Postage (not sure if the spelling is right.)
I find the Quebec form is more complicated than Ontaria's. One thing I really cannot underdstand is how to claim my rental credit. ( I share apartment with other roommates) Really hope somebody here can help me this question.
For the low income, the people in Revenue Quebec told me we can have volunteer to help us report tax return. If you want, you can get a list there which shows the date and place of volunteer service. It's French. But I find out it seems even if we are low income, we still need to pay $5 for the consulation fee. this is different from Ottawa.
