问过了，我2年前有一张SEAT BELL 的TICKET，他们说是要这种是属于他们的CALL B， STATEFARM给他们每月有限额。他们要3月才给我报价。

这里买保险真麻烦。

请大家再给点资料和建议。

My car is Honda Accord 89. I only have one and half year G2 license
with a minor ticket (speeding less than 49km). I buy it through
Monex. They charge me 113 per month. If you are a student of U of
Ottawa or Carleton U, you can buy from Monex. Otherwise, if you work
ask your company whether your company is a member of Monex.

By the way, you can also call different agencies to ask price. Look
for numbers from Yellow Page. I remember that one agent charges about
177 per month and the other is 180. The agent name is like "Bell...."
It is a big agent and you should not miss it from Yellow Pages.

I think your insurance price should be lower than mine.

Thanks for your advise. Actually ,I am not a student and curenttly do not have a job. Do you konw how I can join some group which has contract with The Pesonal or Monex?
