刚拿到一份新的报价表，Claridge 的房子又多了3000元的free upgrades,这不就是说房子降价了嘛，可什么原因呢?其他地产商有降价的嘛?

AS I remember, their upgrade bonus always change between 7000 and 10000 before. Did you mean it is 10000 again, or they increase the max to 13000.
If it is 13000, that is a real change, otherwise if it is 10000, it is normal as before.
BTW.
Spring is the best time to sell, so all builders will give you some things to make you feel good.

Only support is useless. Come on, please paste the old and new price lists for comparison! We would like to know the truth, not a day dream. Otherwise, you would be misleading the people, including yourself.

Yes, what is the curent value of the upgrade bonus?
Which site? and what is the base prices for the house?

The old price for the townhome (the longshire floor plan) was $242900. outstanding bonus: Fridge,Stove,Dishwasher,Gleaming hardwood floors in living room and dining room, finishhed basement recreation room.


The new price for the townhome (the longshire floor plan) was $242900. outstanding bonus: Fridge,Stove,Dishwasher,Gleaming hardwood floors in living room and dining room, finishhed basement recreation room,Additional $3000 upgradge bonus.

The Price list I have it here for Longshire plan is $228,900 with those outstanding bouns (with no addtional $3000).... even without that new bouns, my price is still lower...

我 拿 得 价 格 表 是 JUNE 10,2003, 地 点 是 ALTA VISTA, 所 有 条 件 都 相 同 , 只 是 价 格 是 :$220,900. 可 能 这 个 公 司 的 策 略 是 下 半 年 猛 涨 , 新 年 初 给 点 优 惠 吧 .
