天天吹发和烫发都伤头发, 我想在不伤头发的前提下把它弄得好看一点. 不过今天新买了 shampoo&conditioner, 看有没有帮助,下次去个好点的理发店.

You can use Aveda Control Paste. It's Salon recommended. Won't make your hair too stiff and unatural. Aveda is also a product line made of natural plants and ingredients too. There is a very good barber in Hull, on St. Jaques street. Called "Zeut Concept". Not a greek though =) He won the competition in Quebec for many years.
