1. 什么是Bell Sympatico的高速上网？
答：Sympatico高速上网,是采用DSL技术的高速上网方式，下载速度能达到１Ｍ到1.5Ｍ，比拨号上网大约快二十倍。

2. 使用Bell Sympatico高速上网我是否需要电话线？上网的时候我是否就不能打电话？
答：Sympatico高速上网需要使用电话线作为传输介质，但是DSL 技术可以保证数字（高速上网服务）和普通音频（打电话）同时进行，且不受干扰，所以你可以边上网边打电话。
3. Bell Sympatico高速上网是否是独立的帐单？
答：你可以选择默认的Sympatico高速上网独立账单，也可以选择Bell One Bill方式。 PS:Bell One Bill方式需要在高速上网服务开通之后打电话给Bell Billing Center(310-2355)申请。
4. 每个月的月费包括那些内容？我是否可以使用自己的DSL Modem?
答：每个月的月费包括34.95元的上网费和10元的Modem Rental费，在优惠期间（Package1前四个月，Package2前五个月），不收Modem Rental费。在优惠期外，你可以使用自己的DSL Modem，就只需要付34.95元每月的上网费。
