[请求] 在魁北克省卖二手车需要做safty 和E-test吗？

有些朋友说不用做e-test是真的吗？做这两项大概需要多少钱？

魁北克省只需要做safty check。。一次80。。。但是只有过户的时候用，以后每年就不用了。。除非换OWNER

there is only 1 garage can provide safety check in every city in Quebec. The garage must be appoved by SAAC. Don't try any small garage. Ask SAAC first!
