听说这个店便宜，所以上个周五去买了块ＳＮＯＷＢＯＡＲＤ，周日去滑雪，没几圈，上面的一层塑料就掀起来了，不敢再滑．今天去店里，刚一进门，还没开口，那老板马上说了一长串，我们不推不换，你赶紧走吧．很生气，和他理论，他一副耍赖的样子，并要叫警察，我说叫就叫吧．警察来了也没办法，让我去其他部门投诉过检验．收据上印的是all sales are final. All merchandies have a 30 days guarantee．

i asked the sales boy in sports mart for professional opnion right after i leave SWAP.he told me that the board is delaminated and obviously it's a certain kind of defective.it was not supposed to be like that even after years of usage.
