Made a few phone calls this morning and the following is what I got so far,


2. Keeprite, 237-3232

a. 2.5tons, SEER 10, Warranty 5 yrs on compressor/ 5yrs on parts

$1650 including GST.

b. 2.5tons, SEER, warranty 10yrs on compressor/ 10 yrs on parts.
Puron - new technology

$1950 including GST.

This is the best price I got.

要注意，我也刚刚谈了keeprite的deal. 最好到他们的网站上去查一下分销商的联系方式。我签的deal是10年压缩机，5年parts and labour waranty. 2 ton的1765 包税，我要得是中档的，还有更便宜的。去年找那个中文报纸上的来评估，他说我家只有3根线，不够装空调的，要加线就要给房子打通什么的，而且要加很多钱。今年一查，他不是keeprite分销商列表中的，所以好像不太专业，今年的人来评估也说少线，但是不用打洞，他们有办法，而且没加什么钱。我暗自庆幸亏去年没装。

1， $1500, Model: Naco24AKA
2, $1675, Model: Soft Sound 1000. SEER 10, 10 years
compressor, 5 yrs parts.
3, $1800, Optima 111 series, SEER 10, 10 yrs compressor, 5 yrs
parts and labour.
我只是不明白，Optima 111 是否就是那种所谓的puron technology.有点不放心。

Recently, I called one of the Keeprite dealer on the web " GUS-N-Air Systems LTD".

The guys came to my house and quote me as,

$1900 + GST 7% = $2033.

It's Keeprite CAC Model. Which is better than NAC Model. ( NAC is classic, basic model).

2.5tons ( Usually 1ton for every 900SF of your house)

SEER 10

Warranty 5parts/ 2yrs labor.

I think this is the market level of Keeprite dealer in this season. Of course, the Ad on the Chinese Newspaper is still the best offer, but we'd better go with the dealer listed on Keeprite web.
