from my personal experience: 1. eat a lot fruit and salad/vegetables. 2. Drink low sugar and low fat milk, also low sugar and low fat or no fat for yogurt to get calcium. 3. No junk food at all, inclu: no chips, cokies,chocolate, candy,etc. 4. If u are meat eater, eat chickenbreast meat or other low fat meat instead pork, as well as other high-fat meat. Avoiding eating chees and high fat magarine. 5. Limited eggs, bread, pasta, rice. 6. No deep fried goods, or oily food. they certainly taste good, but really not good for health. 7. Drink a lot water and sleep at least 8h/day. 8. Do some exercice, however, too much will make u hungry and eat a lot. Beside too much exercises can make muscles instead making you look slimmer. Most of Chinese girls are not up to muscles like CA girls, we just wanna look slimmer. 9. Always keep a open mind, BE HAPPY!!!! Trust me, the points i haev mentioned really work.
